It All Started At The Halifax Indie Wedding Social
I first met Rebecca & Adam at the Halifax Indie Wedding Social last year, and I am SO glad that I did. Not only was their wedding one of my personal all time favourites, but they are two of the most beautiful & genuine souls I have ever met. When we were first introduced (thank you Oml for making the connection!), we just clicked. They got my quirkiness, and I got theirs.
Nailing Down The Details
I met up with Rebecca & Adam a few times over the next few months to discuss their wedding plans; Originally they were thinking of tying the knot at a bowling alley or getting married in Adam's aunts back yard, but eventually they landed on an intimate early morning front yard wedding at their home & a late night trip to Taboo. It was perfect! Their wedding day was all about family, friends & being true to who they are as a couple. They had a bouncy castle, backyard games, waffle bar, more baked goods than you could imagine, and to top it off some seriously killer dance moves. As I said, it was perfect!
Above All Else Was Love
I have been incredibly fortunate in my life to be surrounded by love, both personally & professionally. Having said that, I feel as though I am a pretty good judge of what is true and authentic. Secret glances, quiet whispers, laughter, and unwavering support of eachother & their sweet family. That is exactly what Rebecca & Adam have.
Thank you for inviting us into your home, and trusting myself & the uber talented Jessie Redmond to capture the love. Your wedding day was pure magic, and one I will never ever forget!
